Outer Divide NPCs

►► The Outer Authorities
These are Dome Dwellers that enforce "order" on the Outer Divide. They are seldom seen. They are usually within air craft that fly over the area. If they see a large crowd gathered together they open fire to disperse it. They do everything they can to prevent the Outer Inhabitants becoming too organized. Outside their crafts the Outer Authorities wear protective suits. They are immune to most forms of psychic assault.

►► The Outer Inhabitants
The locals. These are the people the inhabit the world outside the domes. They were the people left behind when the domes were built to protect the great cities. They feel they've been abandoned by those who live under the domes. Any player can NPC(aside from those named below) the Outer Inhabitants and interact with them.


Nem Convery - seemingly reluctant leader of the inhabitants of the Old City. He's a quiet and unassuming figure. He can be found in the Vault of Knowledge where he spends the majority of his time.


Roni Birne - the leader of the militia that protects the Old City. She's known for a vicious temper and not a person you want to be on the bad side of.


Edmund - a trader and one of the few people in the Old City that has traveled beyond the neighboring settlements. If you need something chances are he has it or knows where to get it. For a price.


The Oracle - Said to be the first to awaken from the ship. Her age is unknown even to her. She speaks in strange riddles and prophecies. Nem is very protective of her. She lives within the Vault of Knowledge.

►► The Dome Dwellers
They are rarely seen except for those of them that become outcasts. Not much is known about the Dome Dwellers other than they are still at war with Antiqua and have no interest in those outside the domes.
